I have to start acting a little bit more like a grownup.

Mother's Day

Mother's day was great. I got a breakfast made by my family. Eggs and pillsbury cinnamon rolls made by Jeremy, fruit salad made by Andie, and orange juice and Chocolate milk bought by Jeremy.

I stayed home from church with Mia and Reese due to allergies so Jeremy could say opening prayer in Sacrament meeting. Then we switched so I could lead opening song in Relief Society then head over to a room next to primary to dress in my disguise of a bath robe, socks and a paper bag on my head......I was a mystery mom. The kids asked questions to 3 mystery moms and we were to answer in disguised voices. It was funny watching Andie through the eye holes in the bag as I walked in the room. I watched her look me up and down and I knew that for now at least I had her fooled. At the answer of my first question and and in a voice that I hoped would fool them, I saw recognition and a big grin on Andie's face. I still had Gavin fooled but when I answered the question to "what does your family like to do together", and the first thing that popped into my head was, watching"Minute to Win It", he had me found out as well. I couldn't help but giggle every time I had to answer a question in my high pitched Julia Child(is that her name?) voice. It was really fun. I'm glad I was asked to do it.

When I came home from church Jeremy made the kids something to eat while I took a Mother's Day nap. Aaaahhhhh. Then I got up and got everyone something to eat because Jeremy was tired out. By the way, Jeremy busted his leg skiing in the middle of March and had surgery to reconstruct his knee joint. He is in a brace and on crutches and is still not allowed to put any weight on his bad leg, so I decided to give him a brake, even though it was mother's Day.

Then we watched "Minute to Win It" and put them in their beds.

A very enjoyable day. (If you leave out the fact that Reese cried all day and didn't take a nap.)
